We went on four tours over two weeks and loved each one. We have a feeling for Calcutta that we could not have gained without a lot of reading, exploring and a few knowledgeable friends. Our ages ranged from 22 to 58 and we were all delighted by our experiences on the walks. On top of all this, the guides are personable, educated, interesting, and helpful. Definitely ask for one of their maps – when we were not walking with a guide, we were using all the advice on their map – better than any guide book or tourist map I’ve found for a city.
